All rights, title, and interest in and to the Sorora platform, including but not limited to the mobile application, website, software, features, functionality, design, user interface, databases, and all associated materials (collectively, the "Services"), are and will remain the exclusive property of Sorora and its licensors.

This includes all intellectual property rights such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and any other proprietary rights recognized under applicable law.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights, licenses, or ownership interests are transferred to you.

Permitted Use

Sorora grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You agree not to, directly or indirectly:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any portion of the Services
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Sell, license, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Services

Any unauthorized use of the Services or Company Content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display through the Services ("Member Content").

However, by submitting Member Content, you grant Sorora a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, and display such content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

Feedback and Ideas

If you submit any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Services ("Ideas"), you agree that:

• Such submissions are voluntary and non-confidential
• Sorora may use, implement, and commercialize them without restriction
• No compensation or acknowledgment is required

Trademarks

All Sorora names, logos, product names, and related branding elements are trademarks or trade dress of Sorora.

All other trademarks, logos, and service marks appearing within the Services are the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use such marks without prior written consent.

Enforcement

Sorora reserves all rights not expressly granted in this Notice and may enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.
